What Does the following endovaginal Sonogram Indicate? 

Hi I m 39 years (Feb. 19 is my BD), and I have 2 boys :D I want to understand my endovaginal sonogram. It says that the uterus is anteverted measuring 9.7 x 5.2 x 6.0 cm. Endometrial lining thicjness is 1.0 cm AP. The right ovary measures 4.9 x 4.2 x 2.7 cm for a volume of 28.91 cm³. The left ovary measures 4.1 x 2.5 x 2.2 cm for a volume of 11.98 cm³. There is a right sided ovarian cyst measuring 2.1 x 1.7 x 1.9 cm. No adnexal masses or abnormal fluid collections in cul-de-sac. Impression: A right sided ovarian cyst with increase in volume of right ovary. The reason it was perform the ultrasound is because I start 3 or 4 days with spots and then heavy flow.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of trans-vaginal ultrasound is as follows:
There is a cystic mass on right side measuring 2.1 x 1.7 x 1.9 cm.
A cystic mass is too big to be a simple cyst.
Thus, it is probably a tumor.
Surgical excision of the cyst is required to assess whether the cyst is benign, borderline or malignant.
Further management can be planned after assessing whether the cyst is benign, borderline or malignant.
Fluid collection in the cul-de-sac is probably due to ovarian cyst.
Consult your gynaecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
